About this place
A row of cherry trees along the Yokogoshi drainage canal (popularly called Sugobori) in Myogadani, Konan Ward, Niigata. About 400 cherry trees bloom, planted in 1989 by residents of the Oeyama district. You can enjoy cherry blossom viewing in spring together with the countryside scenery. Illumination runs from 18:00 to 21:00 in early to mid-April.
