About this place
Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter is a townscape preservation and tourist district in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. This area was defined under the Kurashiki City Bikan District Landscape Ordinance and includes all of Honmachi in the city, the northern part of Chuo 1-chome (Maegamicho, etc.), and parts each of Higashimachi, Achi 2-chome and Tsurugata 2-chome.
