About this place
Ushimado Olive Garden is a botanical garden in Ushimado, Setouchi, Okayama Prefecture. It is operated by Nippon Olive Co., Ltd. The site area is about 10 hectares. It grows about 2,000 mature olive trees and boasts, along with Shodoshima Olive Park, the largest scale in Japan. The main cultivated varieties are Nevadillo Blanco, Mission, Manzanillo, Lucca and Arbequina.
