About this place
An observation lobby on the top floor of the city hall in Sakai Ward, Sakai. From about 80 m above ground you can see 360 degrees, with the World Heritage Daisen Kofun (Emperor Nintoku's tomb) and Sakai's townscape spread below. There is a permanent exhibition, The World of Saito Takao's Gekiga. Admission is free; open 9:00 to 21:00, every day of the year. A 5-minute walk from Sakaihigashi Station.
