A mizutaki restaurant in Nishishinsaibashi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, proud of its rich soup made with Hanamidori, a brand chicken raised by the company itself. The more the ingredients simmer in the chicken bone soup, the more flavor dissolves, and the ponzu is also made to suit Hanamidori mizutaki. Lunch is 11:00 to 14:30 and dinner is 17:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday; a 1-minute walk from Exit 8 of Shinsaibashi Station.
