Amidaike Daikoku Co., Ltd. is a confectionery maker with its head office in Nishi Ward, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture. A long-established company founded in 1805 (Bunka 2), with over 200 years of history, it makes the Osaka specialty 'okoshi.' It was founded in 1805 (Bunka 2) when the first-generation Rinnosuke Kobayashi began making awaokoshi (millet okoshi). In 1928 (Showa 3), a modern factory with integrated production from raw materials was completed.
