About this place
A museum in Omiya, Saitama. It was planned as the centerpiece of JR East's 20th-anniversary projects and opened on October 14, 2007 (Heisei 19). A new South Wing opened in July 2018 (Heisei 30). It is next to Railway Museum Station on the New Shuttle.
