About this place
Hanazono Forest is a facility in Fukaya, Saitama Prefecture, run by Forest Co., Ltd., an OEM maker of Western-style confectionery, with its head office factory and a shop side by side. It opened on 6 February 2008. Billing itself as a chateau of roses and sweets, it sells Western-style confectionery in a building modeled on a European mansion surrounded by rose gardens. The south side of the grounds is a rose garden. In 2015 a similar sister facility, Kamisato Cantare, run by a group company, opened in Kamisato, Saitama Prefecture.
