A park east of Honjo-Waseda Station in Honjo, Saitama. On the hill is a sundial, from which you can see the mountains surrounding Honjo, such as Mount Akagi and Mount Haruna. You can enjoy moss phlox in spring, sunflowers in summer, marigolds in autumn and illumination in winter.
