A museum in Nagahama, Shiga, where you can learn the history and culture of the Nagahama Hikiyama Festival. Four festival floats are always on display, and a screen using the latest technology shows images of the festival. It also has a float repair dock, a library for researching festivals around the country and the sights of Nagahama, and a cafe restaurant.
