About this place
The prefectural road called Hiyoshi Baba runs from Keihan Sakamoto Station to the torii gate at the entrance of Hiyoshi Taisha, and about 200 cherry trees bloom fully along it. Mountain cherries, Somei Yoshino, weeping cherries, and others bloom in profusion, with the best time coinciding with the flower procession and portable shrine procession of the Sanno Festival. There is no illumination.
