About this place
A shrine in Tsuwano. From the direction of Mt. Shiroyama, an approach packed with vermilion torii gates can be seen from the town of Tsuwano. To reach the shrine you climb about 300 m up a tunnel-like approach lined with about 1,000 torii. Parking holds about 100 cars and is free, and there are no regular days off.
