About this place

A shrine in Kumano, Yakumo, Matsue. Since ancient times it has been called one of the great shrines of Izumo Province, ranked alongside Izumo Taisha. The main deity is Kamuro Kumano Okami Kushimikeno no Mikoto, regarded as another name of Susanoo no Mikoto. Worship is free, and parking for about 100 cars is free.
