About this place
Sano Premium Outlets (English name: Sano Premium Outlets) is an outlet mall in Koshina-cho, Sano, Tochigi Prefecture. It opened on 14 March 2003. It is operated by Mitsubishi Estate Simon of the Mitsubishi Estate Group. As an outlet mall of Chelsea Japan (now Mitsubishi Estate Simon Co., Ltd.), it opened as the third facility after Gotemba Premium Outlets (PO) and Rinku Premium Outlets.
