About this place
Isuien, a long-established ryotei restaurant in Okihama-higashi, Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. It has a garden that lives with the four seasons, and reopened as a restaurant in February 2026. The building and garden, originally built as a private residence, have been carried over as they are into the new Isuien. Closed on Wednesdays.
