About this place
A ropeway on Mt. Bizan in Tokushima City. It connects the foot of the mountain to the summit in about 6 minutes, and from the 290 m summit you can see the city of Tokushima and, on clear days, as far as Awaji Island and the Kii Peninsula. The gondolas were renewed in spring 2025 for the first time in 25 years. Fares are 900 yen one way and 1,500 yen round trip for adults.
