Overview
A place known for cherry blossom in Naruto.
About this place
A famous weeping cherry spot in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, with a panoramic view of the Naruto Strait. On a site of about 20,000 square meters, around 400 weeping cherry trees bloom in spring, and flowers for every season are also planted. On the grounds is a Western-style house (the former Hanamiyama Kokoro no Tegami-kan) said to be where Alexander Nagai, son of Nagai Nagayoshi, spent his later years, and German stone was used in the building.
