About this place
A facility in Seto, Naruto, that reuses the former Shimada Elementary School and kindergarten. The building was designed by the architect Tomoya Masuda, and the schoolyard has 11 auto-camping sites, solo camping plots, a communal kitchen and shower rooms. In the surrounding fallow fields, Ohga lotus blooms from mid-June to early August, and the island has a cycling course of about 10 km.
