About this place
A doughnut and bread shop in Wakimachi, Mima, Tokushima Prefecture, run in a building dating from 1892 (Meiji 25) within the udatsu townscape. A pastry chef trained in French confectionery makes bite-sized wasanbon doughnuts and Wakimachi brioche. Takeout only, it opened in December 2024.
