About this place
A cherry blossom spot at about 400 m above sea level in Wakimachi, Mima, Tokushima Prefecture. About 8,000 Somei Yoshino trees bloom and are carefully tended throughout the year, and a spring circuit combined with the Wakimachi udatsu townscape is recommended. From 2025 (Reiwa 7), general opening of the grounds during the cherry blossom period has been suspended, and there is no prospect of resuming it.
