About this place
A museum specializing in sea turtles in Minami, Kaifu District. You can see many sea turtles, learn about their ecology and the history of the world's oldest sea turtle research, and take part in hands-on activities such as feeding. It had its grand opening on July 19, 2025, after renovation work. Admission is 1,000 yen for adults, 500 yen for junior high school students and 300 yen for elementary school students.
