About this place
The Tulip Shikisaikan (English name: TONAMI TULIP GALLERY) is a botanical garden and museum centered on tulips in Nakamura, Tonami, Toyama Prefecture.
Construction began in November 1994 (Heisei 6) and it opened on 20 April 1996. The site area is 27,512 m2, it is a two-story steel-framed reinforced concrete building with a total floor area of 2,921 m2, and the construction cost was 2.35 billion yen.
