About this place
Bunzo no Taki is a waterfall in Higashidani in the upper reaches of the Anabushi River (Shijuhasse River), whose source is Mt. Mikuni and Mt. Shukuyama in the Izumi Mountains. It is located within Kongo-Ikoma-Kisen Quasi-National Park, and has been selected for 'Kinokuni Top 100 Famous Waters' and Wakayama Prefecture's 'Top 66 Waterfronts to Get Close To.' The waterfall lies in a cave-like place in the mountains surrounded by rock through 300 degrees, the roar echoes loudly, and the water falls shining, threading through the darkness.
