Nanyo Sky Park on Mount Jubuichi in Nanyo, Yamagata. You can drive up to the summit, and on cold autumn mornings a sea of clouds spreads across the whole view. You can take a tandem paraglider experience flight piloted by an instructor, and flights are possible even in a wheelchair.
