The Shonan Hiratsuka Tanabata Festival is a Tanabata festival held in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is one of Japan's three great Tanabata festivals and one of the three great Tanabata festivals of the Kanto region. The schedule differs slightly from year to year, but until 2007 it was mostly held over several days around July 7, including a weekend.
