Sennichi Kaihogyo is a Buddhist and Shugendo pilgrimage practice carried out over 1,000 days on sacred mountains in Japan. Sennichi Kaihogyo (Mt. Hiei) - the kaihogyo of the Tendai sect's Hieizan Enryakuji, performed on Mt. Hiei. Sennichi Kaihogyo (Omine) - the kaihogyo of Kinpusen Shugen Honshu's Kinpusen-ji, performed on Mt. Omine. It was begun using the above as a model.
