The October festival of the Kishiwada Danjiri Festival, in which danjiri floats are pulled through the town. The Yoimiya eve starts at 6 a.m. on the 10th and the main festival runs from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the 11th; times vary by district.

A festival held along Oshoji-suji, Daido-suji and other venues in Sakai City, featuring a matchlock gun corps demonstration and futon-daiko drum floats carried against each other. It runs 16:00–21:00 on the 17th and 11:00–16:00 on the 18th (some areas until 17:00).

As the core event of Osaka Festival of Lights 2026, illuminations divided into five areas line about 4 km of Midosuji. The lights are on from about 17:00 until 25:00, from the Hanshin-mae intersection to the Namba Nishiguchi intersection.

Held every year from late June to July 25. The main events are the Yoimiya on the 24th and, on the 25th, the Hongu main festival, the Funatogyo boat procession and the dedicatory fireworks. Details for 2027 have not been announced.

A historic fireworks event that has been held in Tondabayashi on August 1. We have not been able to confirm a public date for 2026. Do not use past dates for travel planning; check the latest announcements from the PL organization and Tondabayashi City.
