About this place
Isawa Onsen is a hot spring in the former Isawa Town area of Higashiyatsushiro District in Fuefuki, Yamanashi Prefecture. In recent years Kasugai Onsen, in the former Kasugai Town area of Higashiyamanashi District to the east of the city, adjacent to Isawa Onsen, has also been effectively merged into Isawa Onsen. As the accommodations and sources in the Isawa and Kasugai districts are adjacent to each other, they are effectively integrated as one hot spring town, 'Isawa Onsen Village'.
