About this place
Tokoro Museum Omishima is a contemporary sculpture museum in Omishima, Imabari, Ehime Prefecture. The businessman Tokoro Atsuo opened it in 2004 through a donation. It is an art museum centered on contemporary sculpture and, together with the Imabari City Iwata Ken Mother and Child Museum, also on Omishima, is an annex of the Imabari City Omishima Museum of Art. It takes part in the Setouchi Museum Network operated by Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Co., Ltd.
