About this place
Nakanojo Biennale is an international art festival held every two years in Nakanojo, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture. In 2007, general director Yamashige Tetsuo launched the first Nakanojo Biennale 2007; since then it has been held nine times through 2023, and the 10th edition has been decided for 2025.
