About this place
The Pearson Memorial Hall is a historic building and museum in Kitami, Hokkaido. It is the former residence of George Peck Pearson and Ida Gepp Pearson, an American missionary couple who engaged in missionary work from the Taisho era to the early Showa period, converted into a museum in commemoration of their achievements. Since April 2004 it has been managed and operated by the Pearson Association, a specified non-profit organisation, under the designated manager system.
