About this place
Rokka no Mori is a facility (garden) of Rokkatei in Nakasatsunai, Kasai District, Hokkaido. The grounds include a factory, an art museum, a museum shop and a restaurant. Rokkatei launched a plan to build a new factory to make its "Marusei Butter Sand" and to develop the entire site. As the "Rokka no Mori Project," Obayashi Corporation designed the landscape together with the construction of the factory on a site of about 10 hectares along the Sanbangawa River, and it opened in 2007.
