About this place
The Takarazuka City Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum is an anime and manga museum in Takarazuka, Hyogo Prefecture. It was established in Takarazuka in 1994, five years after his death, to honour the life of Osamu Tezuka, who spent about 20 years in Takarazuka, Hyogo Prefecture (he was born in Toyonaka, Osaka Prefecture), as a place to nurture the dreams of young people. Its basic theme is "love of nature and the preciousness of life." It is operated by Takarazuka.
