About this place
Yokoo Tadanori Museum of Contemporary Art is an art museum in Haradadori, Nada Ward, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, holding works of Yokoo Tadanori. It holds works donated and deposited with Hyogo Prefecture by Yokoo Tadanori himself, an artist and graphic designer born in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, and opened in 2012 to exhibit those works and works by artists connected with Yokoo. Although he was born in Nishiwaki, it was established in Kobe, where he lived away from his parents while working for the Kobe Shimbun.
