About this place
Yakurai Garden is a garden in Kami, Kami District, Miyagi Prefecture, open from spring to autumn. Its address is 1-9 Yakuraihara, Ajigafukuro, Kami, Kami District, Miyagi Prefecture. It is one of the 'Yakurai Resort' leisure facilities around Mount Yakurai. It opened in 1997 and, besides Yakurai Garden, there are a golf course, cottages and an indoor pool. The total area is 150,000 square metres, more than three Tokyo Domes, a vast garden of 400 kinds of cultivated plants.
