Shizuoka City Serizawa Keisuke Art Museum is an art museum in Toro 5-chome, Suruga Ward, Shizuoka. It honors Serizawa Keisuke, certified as a Living National Treasure and holder of the technique of "katazome-e," a dyeing technique designated an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Japan, and exhibits his works. It is located in Toro 5-chome, Suruga Ward, Shizuoka, in Toro Park, where the Toro Ruins and the Shizuoka City Toro Museum are.
