About this place

Ebisenbei no Sato is a shrimp cracker (ebi senbei) maker with its head office in Mihama, Chita District, Aichi Prefecture, and also the shrimp cracker retail facility it runs. It is certified as an Aichi Brand company. Its predecessor was Shirafuji Shoten, founded by Shirafuji Tojiro in February 1948 (Showa 23). At first it bought products from senbei makers and sold them, but in May 1948 (Showa 23) it set up a factory in Toyohama, Chita District (now Toyohama, Minamichita) and began making its own products.
