Address: 7635-1 Ohara, Isumi, Chiba Prefecture Using a brewing method called high-temperature yamahai moto, it starts the yeast mash at high temperature using natural raw lactic acid bacteria. It is a brewery whose motto is natural brewing without seasoning chemicals.
