About this place
Rakuo Kyodo Nyugyo Co., Ltd. is a company with its head office in Motomiya, Fukushima Prefecture, that makes and sells milk and dairy products. It was established on 1 October 2021 through the merger on equal terms of Rakuo Nyugyo (Koriyama, established 1948), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fukushima Prefecture Dairy Farmers' Cooperative Association, and Tohoku Kyodo Nyugyo (Motomiya, established 1966), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations (Zen-Noh). Its capital is 90 million yen, with Zen-Noh holding 55% and the Fukushima Prefecture Dairy Farmers' Cooperative Association 45%.
