About this place
Koyudo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese seller and maker of Kumano brushes. Its head office is in Kumano, Aki District, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is a Japanese company whose main business is making and selling various brushes (mainly calligraphy and makeup brushes). Its common name, KOYUDO, is also its own brand. It has two certified traditional craftsmen (Kotorida Masahiro and Terakaito Kyuzo). At the 2016 G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Hiroshima, Kumano brushes (two makeup brushes) were given as souvenirs as part of the hospitality. February 1978 (Showa 53) - Founded in Kumano, Hiroshima Prefecture.
