Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. (HAKUTSURU SAKE BREWING CO.,LTD) is a sake maker with its head office in Higashinada Ward, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. It is in Mikage-go, one of the Nada Gogo. The head office is at 4-5-5 Sumiyoshiminamimachi, Higashinada Ward, Kobe. The Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Museum is on the head office grounds and is also a tour course for group travel. The Kano family that runs Hakutsuru is one of the leading distinguished families in Mikage-go and shares the same ancestor as the Kano family that runs Kiku-Masamune Shuzo.
