About this place
Tachikui Sue no Sato is a comprehensive cultural recreation facility in Kamitachikui, Imadacho, Tamba-Sasayama, Hyogo Prefecture, on the theme of Tamba Tachikui ware, one of Japan's Six Ancient Kilns. Its formal name is Tamba Traditional Crafts Park / Tachikui Sue no Sato. It has an art museum specializing in ceramics, a gallery, pottery classes, a climbing kiln, a restaurant and more, and carries out activities for the inheritance, creation and development of the traditional culture of Tamba Tachikui ware.
