Yamato Soy Sauce & Miso Co., Ltd. is a Japanese seasoning maker with its head office in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. Ono in Ishikawa Prefecture is known as one of Japan's five great soy sauce production areas, along with Noda and Choshi in Chiba Prefecture, Tatsuno in Hyogo Prefecture and Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture, and the company is one of the brewers in Ono, Kanazawa, known for an umakuchi (rich-flavored) style. Within its head office factory it has a direct-sales shop called Koji Park.
