About this place
Baeren Brewery Co., Ltd. is a craft beer maker with its head office in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture. It is a brewery that makes classic beer by the traditional European method: it moved the brewhouse from a German brewery, makes wort in a copper brewing kettle used 100 years ago, and cools it slowly in a cooling tank. The brewery building was made by converting (demolishing and rebuilding) an old factory that made bricks and roof tiles.
