Ishimaru Seimen Co., Ltd. (Ishimaru Seimen Co., Inc.) was founded in 1904 (Meiji 37) and has its head office in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture. It makes and sells dried and semi-fresh noodles such as Sanuki udon, somen and hiyamugi. It holds a high share in sales of Sanuki udon (dried and semi-fresh noodles) made by its own hand-cut method, and its coverage of retail shop fronts nationwide is the top among specialist makers.
