About this place
Tarami Corporation is a confectionery manufacturer headquartered in Nagasaki, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is a wholly owned subsidiary (functional subsidiary) of Daido Group Holdings. It is known for jelly and yogurt made with fruit as its main products. It was founded in 1969 in Tarami, Nishisonogi District, Nagasaki Prefecture (now Isahaya) (incorporated in 1971); the current corporation was established in 2007 for the purpose of a business transfer due to financial difficulties. This entry describes both the old and new corporations.
