Okinawa Meiji Dairies Co., Ltd. is a Japanese food manufacturer based at Makiminato, Urasoe, Okinawa Prefecture, a company equally funded by Meiji and Okiko, mainly making Meiji brand (former Meiji Dairies) products within Okinawa Prefecture. Under its 'okimei' brand it sells Okinawa-only ice cream, and for this type of ice cream there are no competitors and the company has a monopoly.
