Daisen Dairy in Kotoura. A cooperative in which the dairy farmers of the prefecture have come together as one, it makes Shirobara milk.
About this place
The Daisen Dairy Agricultural Cooperative is a specialized agricultural cooperative with its main office in Kotoura, Tohaku District, Tottori Prefecture. It handles raw milk production, processing and sales as one operation, and its products are sold under the Shirobara brand in the Chugoku, Kinki and Kyushu regions. Besides raw milk and dairy products, it makes and sells ice cream and fresh Western-style confectionery, and also runs restaurants. It also produces products under consumer co-op private brands (PB).
