About this place
Inata Honten Co., Ltd. is a liquor maker with its head office in Yomi-cho, Yonago, Tottori Prefecture. It is a brewery with more than 350 years of history since its founding, and the only brewery in Yonago. 1673 (Enpo 1) - The first head founds it under the shop name Inabaya as a sake and soy sauce maker in Oogishi, Kishimoto-cho (now Hoki-cho). Mid-Genroku era, 1690s - The then head, Inata Hanbei, moves to Konyacho, Yonago, and at the same time changes the shop name to Inataya, laying the foundation of the present business.
