About this place
Nisca Corporation was a company of the Canon Group, now defunct, that developed, manufactured and sold copiers and camera-related products. Its head office was in Fujikawa, Minamikoma District, Yamanashi Prefecture. Effective 1 July 2017 it was absorbed by Canon Finetech and at the same time renamed Canon Finetech Nisca. It is now that company's Masuho Plant. 1960 - Nihon Seimitsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. established by Nihon Kohden. 1961 - Capital tie-up with Sankyo Seiki Mfg. (now Nidec Instruments).
